Orders & Delivery

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

What delivery options are available?

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

What if my parcel is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
Please check with household members or neighbors and confirm your delivery address is correct.
If you still can’t locate your parcel, contact us at support@primekits.co.uk with your order number and tracking information.

Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

What are the return conditions?

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • All tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Please email us before returning any item

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Return shipping is free, and we’ll provide a downloadable return label once your return is approved.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 1 business day after we receive and inspect your return.
It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank or card statement.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We accept exchanges within the 30-day return window. Simply contact us via email to arrange your exchange.
