– What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

– Do you charge in GBP or another currency?
All orders are processed in GBP (£ – British Pound Sterling).


Shipping & Delivery

– Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

– How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered in 2–4 business days via Royal Mail.

– What is your handling time?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

– What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after will be processed the next business day.

– How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all UK orders.

– Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.


Returns & Refunds

– What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery, whether defective or not.

– Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within the 30-day return window.

– Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No. We provide a free downloadable return label.

– Do you charge restocking fees?
No, there are no restocking fees at Prime Kits.

– How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item
