This policy explains how Prime Kits handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed within the United Kingdom. We aim to make every purchase simple and worry-free for our customers.

1. Shipping Territory

We currently ship and fulfill orders within the United States and the United Kingdom only.
International shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

2. Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To start a return:

Email us at support@primekits.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason.
For faulty or damaged items, attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

3. Return Eligibility

A. Change of Mind

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
All tags and proof of purchase must be included.
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us before returning any item — unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Return shipping is covered by Prime Kits (free downloadable return label).

B. Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Provide your order number and visual proof of the defect.
Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
You can choose between a replacement or a full refund.

C. Incorrect or Not as Described

Report any discrepancies within 30 days.
Prime Kits will cover all return shipping costs.
A replacement or full refund will be issued once verified.

D. Undelivered Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after the expected delivery date:

Contact us with your order number and tracking link.
If the courier confirms the parcel as lost, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement immediately.

4. Return Instructions

Email support@primekits.co.uk to request a return.
Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
Pack your item securely in the original packaging.
Attach the provided return label and ship it back via a trackable method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

All returns and exchanges are free — Prime Kits provides a prepaid return label.
Customers are not required to pay for postage or restocking fees.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 1 business day after receiving and inspecting your returned item.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your statement.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Simply email support@primekits.co.uk to arrange an exchange.
If the size or style you need is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or worn jerseys
Items not in their original condition or missing packaging/tags
Unauthorized returns (without prior contact)
Items returned after 30 days
Gift cards or promotional giveaways

9. Policy Notes

All returns must include tracking confirmation.
Prime Kits is not responsible for items lost during return shipping without proof of tracking.
This policy applies only to purchases made on www.primekits.co.uk.
Your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
